"Awful Customer Experience"
Absolutely awful customer experience. They were incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Both products arrived damaged, and to top it off, they ended up ruining my floor while installing. The furniture is like IKEA quality but comes with a sky-high price tag. I can't recommend them at all, nor would I ever use their services again. Just a heads up!

"Awesome mattress and delivery crew"
Awesome mattress, awesome delivery. The guys put the bed together without any hassle and were super friendly. They went over a few details and cleaned up before they took off. I’ve got nothing negative to say about the entire experience!

"Top-notch service all around"
Fantastic and professional assistance throughout the whole process - the website is super handy, and the rep at the Swiss Cottage showroom was really helpful, even following up with extra fabric samples to aid in my final decision. Delivery went off without a hitch, with a call from an hour out to give me a more exact time. The delivery crew was polite and took the time to set up the sofa, making sure I got the hang of the mechanisms. I'm absolutely thrilled with the customer support and the quality of the sofa.

"Fantastic Shopping and Customer Service"
My entire experience shopping with Furl was just great, and their customer service was top-notch. The sales staff at the store were super professional and really took the time to go over the product details. Production wrapped up sooner than I thought it would, and the delivery and setup went smoothly.

"Thrilled with my new Furl “Max” bed!"
I’m really happy with my new Furl “Max” storage bed. The entire experience from selecting to ordering and getting it delivered was seamless. We received assistance in the showroom to set up the ideal bed, and when it showed up, a duo of skilled guys assembled it in a flash, even giving us a quick rundown on how to use it. They were super helpful. It looks amazing!

"Top-notch Delivery Experience!"
This might just be the finest furniture delivery we've experienced! The team was fantastic—super friendly, courteous, and really efficient. They even demonstrated how to use the sofa bed; nothing seemed like a hassle for them. What a delight! Plus, the sofa bed itself is awesome!

"Absolutely Amazing"
Absolutely amazing! The delivery was top-notch. It was set up super fast and securely, thanks to the helpful tips and guidance. This sofa bed has really changed the space and fits perfectly in what’s now a versatile area. I’m thinking about grabbing another one for the lounge diner! With that, a two-bedroom apartment will turn into a three-bedroom one :) Huge thanks for making this such a smooth and fun experience!

"Great Company"
Fantastic product and a top-notch delivery crew. They were a bit behind schedule, arriving a few hours later than expected, but they were super polite, friendly, and got the job done well. The bed and bench are absolutely stunning! Fingers crossed they hold up over time. I’d totally recommend them.

"Kind, supportive, and quick"
Even though they showed up an hour later than expected, these delivery folks were the friendliest I've encountered in ages. Super nice, really efficient, and a true joy to work with. They assembled the sofa, went over all the details, and were incredibly helpful.
